Viticulture This wine is made from a vineyard planted in 1998, trained along a low vertical trellis, located in the municipality of Rueda. The vineyard extends over an area of 4 ha.
Harvesting and wine-making The grapes are vatted in stainless steel tanks where initial maceration takes place for a few hours at a temperature below 8ºC. They are then pressed and the must is transferred to stainless steel tanks where it is fermented at around 16°C.
After fermentation, the wine with all its fine lees undergoes continuous bâtonnage to ensure a greater volume in the mouth and to enhance the wine’s aromatic profile.
There are two bottlings per year, in January and June.

OUR TASTING NOTES
This clean and bright wine is an intense and light chrome yellow colour, with glimmers of green.
It is intense on the nose, with nuances of white fruits, peach and pineapple standing out over a background of balsamic aromas.
On the palate it is very rounded, well-structured and palate filling. It is fresh, with a touch of acidity and a slightly bitter finish that afford it a youthful and lively quality. It has a long and pleasing after-taste, and second smell reveals the fruits that first emerged on the nose to give the wine a touch of sweetness.
